Job Title: IT Contract Specialist

Overview:

The IT Contract Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day transactions. This includes managing existing vendor contracts, conducting service provider audits, and coordinating with vendors for managed contracts and subscriptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Active contract management to ensure timely renewals and compliance with stakeholder requirements
  • Conducting regular service provider audits and tracking audit findings
  • Ensuring internal policies are observed during vendor-initiated audit activities
  • Coordinating with vendors for managed contracts and subscriptions
  • Managing infrastructure devices in maintenance agreements
  • Submission of proposals for leased lines or internet connection requirements
  • Participation in vendor-initiated audit activities
  • Facilitating and completing vendor performance reviews and audits
  • Monitoring license subscription costs and usage
  • Submission of reports as scheduled and as needed
  • Recommendations for enhancements to contract management and compliance policies, guidelines, processes, and tools
  • Collaboration with the Contract Management lead in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing status reports as scheduled and as needed
  • Management of assigned projects and monitoring timely completion of deliverables
  • Performing other related functions as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry, project management, contract management, and vendor management
  • Ability to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
