About the Role

This Contract Specialist will lead the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring that all agreements are compliant with relevant policies, laws, and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contract documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Providing expert guidance on contract-related matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in contract management or a related field.
