Job Summary

The Learning Experience Developer is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences from project initiation to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Development:

  • Develop course elements such as images, videos, audio using multimedia tools.
  • Design storyboards in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials.

Analysis:

  • Identify client's problem and resource availability/limitations as well as profile of target learners.
  • Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and other sources.

Design:

  • Brainstorm on and select design elements fit for the project requirements.
  • Generate ideas on activities, gamification, story-telling and assessment.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in all stages of the project, ensuring proper and timely communication.
  • Ensure tasks and project deliverables are executed and submitted on agreed schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields, preferred.
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent written and communications skills, mandatory.
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience.
Skills:
  • Proficiency with various software application programs including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of training needs analysis, methods and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams.
