Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing engaging learning programs for various roles.

The successful candidate will apply recognized models, such as ADDIE and SAM, to design and develop high-quality course content. They will also identify the best delivery methods to meet learning objectives and adapt instructional materials for different formats.

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for authoring training material using various tools, including Articulate 360 and Vyond. They will maintain a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies and ensure that experiential learning is leveraged to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning programs that meet specific learning objectives.
  • Apply recognized models to create high-quality course content.
  • Identify the best delivery methods to meet learning objectives.
  • Adapt instructional materials for different formats.
  • Author training material using various tools.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred), and MS Office.
  • LMS Administration - Docebo.
  • iRadar experience.
Working Conditions
  • Work from home.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload; directly connected into modem; no satellite.
