Associate Learning Designer role in Education and Training

About the Role

This position involves supporting the design and development of effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in various educational contexts. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal staff to co-design and create innovative learning experiences that meet client requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning resources and activities aligned with qualifications frameworks and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work independently or as part of a distributed team using collaboration and project management tools.
Requirements
  • A degree in education or a related field with experience working in the education sector.
  • Experience in designing human-centred learning experiences by applying an understanding of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and their relationship to educational technologies.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and adaptability with a focus on innovation.
  • Proficiency in using digital education technologies, including learning management systems, audio-visual, and interactive media.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Ability to leverage emerging learning technologies to drive improvement in teaching and learning practices.
