Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Copywriter to join our team.

This role involves creating high-quality, high-performing ads using Pencil AI for regional enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with GenAI tools and their capabilities in the advertising industry and for marketing clients. They must also be able to inspire a team with creative solutions on a daily basis and work comfortably in a fast-paced, changing client environment.

A successful candidate will have strong writing skills for digital media, a deep understanding of how content can engage multiple mediums, and the ability to think conceptually when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting innovative and engaging content that attracts readership and encourages sharing while showcasing GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.
  • Mastery of various brand voices.
  • Collaboration with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Spearheading creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence.
  • Maintaining a high awareness of trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Working with our Training team to explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to enhance the user base's creative outputs.
  • Testing new GenAI features and providing feedback to drive platform improvements.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum 3+ years of experience in digital agency settings and be willing to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
