Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR and Admin executive. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in a dynamic environment.

  • This position involves assisting management and line managers with daily administrative tasks and HR operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including correspondence and record-keeping.
  • Assist with HR planning, recruitment, training, and policy development.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as required.
  • Provide employee counseling and grievance handling services.
  • Ensure employee safety, welfare, and health by implementing appropriate measures.
  • Resolve administrative problems efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel to conduct company-related activities.
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 recall roster.
Educational Requirements

MBA (Major HR/MIS) / LLB or any other discipline from a reputable university.
