Employee Experience

The role of People Operations Coordinator requires delivering a seamless and customer-centric experience for all employees. This involves working closely with the People team to provide empathetic support, address employee inquiries, and innovate ways to advance our People Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level customer service and supporting employee questions and inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the People team to develop and implement employee experience processes that meet our organization's needs.

HR Administration

This role will be responsible for assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Managing employee data in our HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

This role will also be responsible for ensuring rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Developing and implementing automation of HR processes in Rippling.

Employee Relations

As a key member of the People team, this role will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Assisting with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration is desired, with knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software are essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively in a global team, spanning Australia, US, UK, and India, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
