The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

The role includes managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The Head of HR will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementKnowledge of Labor and Employment Law, and experience in HR PoliciesStrong Employee Relations skills

Excellent leadership and management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in the manufacturing or cable solutions industry is a plus
