As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating employee lifecycle events, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Provide administrative support for benefits administration and payroll processing
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for office supplies and equipment
- Perform basic IT troubleshooting and support as needed
- Assist with planning and executing team-building events and activities
- 3+ years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Past experience in high-volume administrative settings (e.g., HR, recruiting, office management)
- Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, performance management)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
