The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating maintenance and surveillance of properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational. The successful candidate will ensure that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently, act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders, and develop and implement building management best practices.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety, and providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
