  • Technical knowledge: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

  • Leadership and management: The ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Financial acumen: The ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and make financially sound decisions.
  • Project management: The skills to coordinate projects from inception to completion, managing multiple work streams effectively.
