Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Infrastructure Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites.

This role involves a thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness. The Facilities Infrastructure Lead will lead multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including the unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements such as CDRL A015.
