Job Title: Facilities and Asset Manager

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our facilities and assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises, including maintenance, repairs, and daily management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilities Management: Monitor and maintain office premises, rental branches, and service facilities to prevent issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Scheduling and Maintenance: Coordinate scheduling and tracking of preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  3. Supplier Relations: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for facility needs, repairs, and projects, while evaluating supplier performance and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in monitoring budgets for facilities and supplier expenses to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations to safeguard employees and the environment.
  6. Crisis Response: Respond promptly to facility-related concerns and supplier requests to minimize disruption to operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or OJT experience in facilities, procurement, or supplier management is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and supplier processes is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of supplier or facility management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn; able to work independently once trained.
