As a Facility Management Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of technical assessments at various sites nationwide. This position requires a professional who is willing to travel and take on assignments at different project locations across the country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical surveys, analyzing survey results, and developing detailed reports to ensure accurate and timely data collection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing technical surveys of facilities, ensuring thorough assessment of infrastructure and operational requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction and assigning tasks to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Analyzing survey results and developing detailed facility management reports, including actionable recommendations for maintenance, upgrades, and personnel training.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
