We serve clients in 34 countries and have a globally distributed team based throughout the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the Philippines. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data consolidation and importation, including QA review
- Template creation and editing for customers
- Request prioritization and management, including updating requesters and ticketing systems on task completion
- Customer and project account setup and tracking
- Assistance with customer report requests; consolidating final reports for uploading in various systems
- Validation and verification of customer information for offboarding
- Removal of customer information from systems
- Support for the sales, customer success, and services teams with contact management as needed
- Preparation of customer business reviews
- Follow-up on customer survey requests
- Leadership in customer education content creation
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1+ year of relevant work experience (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience – excellent customer service skills are essential
- BSIT preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Background in B2B account management, client services, or a similar field
- Attention to detail & ability to tackle complex problems creatively
- Strong project management skills
- Capacity to break down intricate issues into clear, concise recommendations for both written and verbal communication
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with internet technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)
