Responsibilities:

On-boarding New Clients

  1. Kick-off client implementation
  2. Set up Client credentials/login in Software and Zoho
  3. Run sessions and train clients on how to configure and use the software
  4. Integrate software into their payroll via online or XML mapping
  5. Assist with employee data validation
  6. Work with the developers for enhancements, issues, and requests during implementation.
  7. Provide software rollout project templates to clients
  8. Complete the checklist and assist the client in Go Live
  9. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the software and the ability to adapt to its changes
  10. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of their implementation requirements
  11. Document the complete and accurate Core HR and Onboarding Requirements Definition
  12. Add client to CRM, send welcome email & manual
  13. Obtain CSV data from the client, modify it in Excel, and import it to our software.
  14. Assist with employee data validation, and reporting setup (basic SQL)
  15. Provide software rollout project templates to clients
  16. Complete the checklist to Go Live
  17. Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Client/Company Supervisor.

Live Website Chat - initial discussion with customer/lead

  1. Monitor & engage website visitors via Zopim chat popups
  2. Engage with Chat following a detailed script, answering questions about our software
  3. Follow the data collection process
  4. If the customer is interested, schedule a demonstration for the BDM
  5. Update CRM & Report on weekly chat results

1st Level Support for our software

  1. Monitor for reported issues
  2. Provide email & text chat Support to customers
  3. Register & resolve 1st level issues
  4. Escalate 2nd level issues to consultants

Required Skills / Qualifications

  1. Intermediate SQL experience - e.g., writing queries, sorting data
  2. Advanced Excel - e.g. able to rapidly sort, filter, and realign data
  3. Slack or similar team collaboration project tool
  4. Customer support / technical support role
  5. Perfect and fast-written English

Desirable but Non-essential Experience

  1. Live web chats like Intercom and Zopim
  2. Salesforce
  3. Marketing Automation systems
  4. Supporting a software product

  • Salary Range: 40,000 to 60,000
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (MWF Onsite)
  • Schedule: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
