We're seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Coordinator to oversee the onboarding process for new clients at Twist Resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process, including setting up client credentials, training clients on software configuration and usage, and integrating software with payroll systems. They will also provide project templates for smooth rollouts and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have in-depth knowledge of the software and its changes, as well as experience with data validation and reporting setup.

This role involves close collaboration with our developers to resolve issues and enhance the software. The selected individual will provide top-notch customer support, handle employee data validation, and maintain accurate documentation of Core HR and Onboarding Requirements Definition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Kick-off client implementation
  2. Set up Client credentials/login in Software and Zoho
  3. Run sessions and train clients on how to configure and use the software
  4. Integrate software into their payroll via online or XML mapping
  5. Assist with employee data validation
  6. Work with the developers for enhancements, issues, and requests during implementation.
  7. Provide software rollout project templates to clients
  8. Complete the checklist and assist the client in Go Live
  9. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the software and the ability to adapt to its changes
  10. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of their implementation requirements
  11. Document the complete and accurate Core HR and Onboarding Requirements Definition
  12. Add client to CRM, send welcome email & manual
  13. Obtain CSV data from the client, modify it in Excel, and import it to our software.
  14. Assist with employee data validation, and reporting setup (basic SQL)
  15. Provide software rollout project templates to clients
  16. Complete the checklist to Go Live
  17. Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Client/Company Supervisor.
