Key Account Growth Strategist

Silverlush Realty Inc. seeks an experienced Business Development Associate/Assistant Manager/Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence within the Real Estate industry in the Philippines.
About the Role- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Real Estate landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the Real Estate industry. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning and Development- Conduct strategic planning to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
- Prepare and conduct feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into commercial projects.
- Manage the property and raw land offers database.
- Conduct market research, study, and analysis to identify and target potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Leverage marketing and event activities to engage target prospects to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand client needs and pain points, manage objections, to position our Real Estate solutions effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
- Capture leads and manage the market pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute online sales strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
- Create and manage compelling content that resonates with the target audience and promotes products.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Represent the company and promote our products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
