Drive Revenue Growth and Expand Market Presence

Silverlush Realty Inc. seeks an experienced Business Development Associate/Assistant Manager/Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence within the Real Estate industry in the Philippines.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Real Estate landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the Real Estate industry. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required.

ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning and Development
  • Conduct strategic planning to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
  • Prepare and conduct feasibility studies on properties that will be developed into commercial projects.
  • Manage the property and raw land offers database.
Market Research, Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Conduct market research, study, and analysis to identify and target potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Leverage marketing and event activities to engage target prospects to introduce our products and services.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand client needs and pain points, manage objections, to position our Real Estate solutions effectively.
Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Capture leads and manage the market pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
E-commerce
  • Develop and execute online sales strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Create and manage compelling content that resonates with the target audience and promotes products.
Networking and Industry Events
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
  • Represent the company and promote our products and services.
Team and People Management
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
Estimated Salary: ₱450,000 - ₱650,000 per annum
