
Customer Experience Manager

As a seasoned leader in customer service, you have the unique opportunity to drive success by guiding teams toward achieving their goals. We're seeking a talented individual who can motivate and elevate our customer support teams to deliver exceptional service for e-commerce brands.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and monitor the performance of assigned agents to ensure key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
- Cultivate a positive work environment by conducting regular coaching sessions and offering personalized guidance to help team members succeed.
- Evaluate performance on a bi-annual basis and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
You will bring significant experience in leadership roles within a customer service environment, a proven background in e-commerce customer service, strong command of English, and familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
Your Qualifications:- A minimum of three years of experience in leading teams in a customer service setting.
- A proven track record in e-commerce customer service (experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon is highly regarded).
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with support software such as G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
