Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll handle incoming inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and promote new products and services.

As a key member of our service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Researching and retrieving information to address customer needs.
  • Documenting interactions and processing claims accurately.
  • Guiding customers through options to find the best solutions.
  • Following scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
