Customer Support Professional

This is a key role within our customer support team, providing an exceptional welcome to customers and guiding them through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and routing customers to the appropriate team member
  • Answering video calls, chats, and re-routing customers as needed
  • Collaborating with managers and customer support specialists to connect customers on Zoom
  • Developing best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintaining an excellent Zoom room experience
  • Educating customers on chat/zoom support functionalities
  • Providing feedback to leadership to enhance the customer experience
  • Connecting senior specialists with scheduled customers
  • Facilitating urgent escalations by collaborating with managers and senior specialists
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative/clerical assistant, or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (i.e., Google Calendar) preferred
  • Experience handling high call volume calls and resolving customer needs preferred
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Organization skills to maintain accurate records and important information quickly
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete various tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers
  • Emotional intelligence to adjust communication style based on the nature of the call
  • The ability to build lasting first impressions and relationships with customers
Working Conditions:
