Chief Financial Operations Specialist

The primary function of the Accounts Officer is to provide essential support for daily finance operations, ensuring seamless transitions during ERP platform migrations.
This role encompasses various tasks including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and a strong understanding of core accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and Credit Notes: Prepare and dispatch invoices and credit notes in accordance with established procedures.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Payment Processing: Manage and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central: Proficiency in using this software is essential for success in this role.
- Core Accounting Processes: A solid understanding of core accounting principles and practices is required.
