Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a remote opportunity with potential travel to site, where you will manage daily accounting operations. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and handling tax filings.

You will also collaborate with internal and external auditors, guiding accounting staff and improving financial processes for better efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including preparation and analysis of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and handle tax filings
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors
  • Guide accounting staff and improve financial processes

About You:

  • Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Compliance
  • Skilled in Auditing and collaborating with auditors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership and ability to guide a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred
  • Experience in the mining industry is a plus
