Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow technical team in delivering exceptional solutions to our enterprise clients across the APAC region. This is a customer-facing technical leadership role that requires strong expertise in ServiceNow solutioning, delivery, and support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains, including ITSM, ITAM/HAM/SAM, SPM, and HRSD. They should be well-versed in the latest ServiceNow releases and able to articulate their impact to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutioning, delivery, or support, including enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, plus at least 2 of the following: HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and integrations.
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases (Orlando onwards), with ability to articulate release impacts to customers.
  • Ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical advisory.
