This role is focused on supporting the staffing needs of various clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining recruitment pipelines to fill clinical, administrative, and service-oriented positions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with department heads, HR staff, and hiring managers to ensure workforce needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates through applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinating phone screens, candidate assessments, and interview coordination with hiring teams
  • Maintaining candidate pools for high-volume, mission-critical roles
  • Providing weekly hiring activity reports and regular updates to HR leadership
  • Drafting offer letters, facilitating reference checks, and initiating background screenings
  • Managing new hire onboarding and orientation in partnership with HR generalists
  • Ensuring payroll adds or removes new and terminated employees from master compensation sheets accordingly

You will also be responsible for ensuring all active job descriptions in the system remain posted at all times, as well as sponsoring Indeed ads only for vacant positions.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Collaborating with compliance and credentialing staff to ensure all hires meet required qualifications
  • Conducting workforce data analysis to monitor time-to-fill, turnover, and sourcing trends
  • Recommending enhancements to recruitment platforms, outreach efforts, and employer branding strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in using applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with COMAR, CARF, and other relevant governing bodies
