
Staffing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Workforce Management Associate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating staffing models, scheduling, and workforce analysis for a Unilab subsidiary on a 5-month project basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a clinic staffing schedule to optimize resource allocation.
- Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data to identify workforce challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing workforce analysis reports to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Providing recommendations to enhance the workforce, reduce overheads, and improve client experience.
- Generating regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on various client metrics to inform strategic planning.
- Providing periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations.
- Responding to Service Level variations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintaining employee records in the database to ensure accurate information management.
- Ensuring all open shifts are properly staffed to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A graduate degree in any 4-year course (preferably in Human Resources) to provide a solid foundation in workforce management principles.
- Familiarity with using different formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to enable effective data analysis and reporting.
- Openness to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with the organization.
- Willingness to work in Mandaluyong from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to extend extra work hours as required.
