We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team in providing exceptional services.

This role is both people-focused and operations-driven: you'll serve as the bridge between families seeking care and the therapists who provide it.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for families and ABA therapists, engaging in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Receive job alerts and take immediate action by posting openings on job boards, sharing opportunities with existing candidates, and making targeted calls to potential hires.
  • Review client notes carefully to ensure accurate therapist placements and meet client expectations.
  • Screen candidates for skills, professionalism, and personality fit, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining candidate pipelines.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, leaving a strong first impression in every interaction.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assess and 'read' people are also essential.

Requirements:

  • A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.
  • A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages.
  • This is a fully remote working role.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound recommendations.
