
Property Management Administrator

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring daily operations support and collaboration with the property manager. The role involves resident communication, vendor coordination, and inspection scheduling across multiple buildings.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of administrative experience in real estate, property management, or customer service. Proficiency in spreadsheets, email management tools, and VoIP systems is essential.
Responsibilities- Maintain payment tracking spreadsheets and send bulk email notices to residents.
- Schedule inspections and track vendor proposals and certifications.
- Manage ongoing projects and generate reports for regular check-ins.
- Keep detailed records of all communications and activities.
- Administrative experience in real estate or property management.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and email management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with VoIP tools and vendor management software.
