As a Real Estate Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of short and long-term rental properties. This includes managing financial reports, acquisitions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and reports; perform thorough financial analysis; ensure adherence to financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
