Job Title: Property Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a property management team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the operational backbone, providing comprehensive support to the on-site Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Management: The coordinator will lead the maintenance process from start to finish, including work order triage, vendor/technician coordination, tracking, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Tenant Relations & Concern Resolution: Proactively resolve tenant concerns and inquiries, serving as a primary point of contact for residents.
  • Proactive PM Support & On-Site Coordination: Provide comprehensive remote support to the on-site Property Manager. This involves coordinating all necessary on-site activities, providing detailed instructions, checklists, and scheduling.
  • Data Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records and property data within the system, ensuring meticulous organization.
  • Rent Collection: Assist with timely rent collection processing, including sending late notices and supporting collection efforts.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency with the company's software or similar tools (training will be provided)
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other productivity software
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • A strong aptitude for administrative support in a remote setting
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency
