Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Associate to oversee the day-to-day management of short-term rental properties.

  • This role involves overseeing property management, guest relations, and operational systems.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and managing cleaners, maintenance staff, and contractors, as well as conducting quality checks to ensure property readiness.
  • A key aspect of this role is responding to guest inquiries, concerns, and reviews across various platforms.
  • You will also need to ensure compliance with local short-term rental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookings, calendars, messaging automations, and guest records using OwnerRez.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
  • Assist with end-of-year documentation (P&L, 1099s) and help implement upselling strategies, guest experience enhancements, or promotions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with OwnerRez, QuickBooks, and other software used in property management.
