About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Admin to join our team at SL Temps Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Efficiently take orders from customers via various channels and accurately enter them into our sales system.
  • Customer Management: Register new customers, update customer records, and maintain accurate customer accounts.
  • Payment Processing: Invoicing customers, ensuring timely payment obligations, and processing payments in a secure manner.
  • Customer Support: Providing prompt assistance to customers through phone calls, emails, or other means, addressing their queries and offering after-sales support.
  • Delivery Management: Organizing deliveries and ensuring they meet the required timelines.
  • Reporting: Compiling sales reports and closely monitoring sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Team Support: Offering email and phone support to sales representatives, keeping colleagues informed of urgent matters, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
  • Inventory Management: Conducting regular stock checks, reordering supplies as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Database Maintenance: Regularly updating customer records and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
