Job Summary:

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Key responsibilities include handling the processing of payment requests, providing general administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:

  • Handling Payments: Process payment requests and forward them to the finance department in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to management, including email communication, data entry, and filing.
  • Maintaining Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is necessary.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, people-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships and maintain confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits:
