As a highly capable Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

The Role

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and result-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for lead generation through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Determine if prospects are a good fit for our products/services by understanding their needs, challenges, and business environment.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and outcomes to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
