Deposit Growth Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute strategies for expanding the branch's deposit portfolio. This involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deposit Portfolio Expansion: Develop and implement plans to increase the branch's deposit base through targeted marketing efforts and customer engagement.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and negotiate competitive rates with customers to maintain a low-cost deposit base, ensuring optimal profitability.
  • Customer Retention: Design and execute retention strategies to maintain a healthy time deposit portfolio, fostering long-term customer relationships.
