Hotel Supervisor Job Description

At Global Officium Limited Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily hotel operations, including monitoring staffing levels, overseeing employee schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees in their duties and responsibilities, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide excellent service.
  • Guest Relations: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive reputation for the hotel.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Financial Management: Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and external parties, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College graduate or non-College graduate with extensive years of experience in the Hotel Industry.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as an Operations Supervisor in a hotel or service-oriented organization.
