As a Financial Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the full spectrum of bookkeeping and financial management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier invoices to match statements and ensuring correctness in accounting systems.
  • Performing regular account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify errors.
  • Following up with suppliers for outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payment.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing streamlined procedures.
  • Supporting other business functions and contributing to team goals.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Diploma or higher) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in financial management.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
