Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong understanding of the MSP industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the MSP market, including industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact on business growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to optimize results.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and pipeline health.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the MSP or IT services sector.
  • Proven success in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
