Senior Human Resources Manager Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to provide expert guidance and comprehensive HR support. This role will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions for our clients, reviewing and monitoring all policies, processes, systems, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse HR teams, with a proven track record of at least 7 years in this field. They will also possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of HR functions, including policy development, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and dispute resolutions.
  • Strategic planning and decision-making in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business needs, including employee and leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring best practices are upheld.

Required qualifications include a degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP. Experience working in public accounting or professional services is preferred, as well as supporting multiple states or sites.
