Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of our rental portfolio, ensuring seamless communication with tenants and vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in property management software, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate tenant onboarding and prepare lease agreements.
  • Oversee tenant communications and lease management for both long-term and short-term rentals.
  • Develop and manage property marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff to ensure rental units meet company standards.
  • Administer property management software and track rental performance.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and financial transactions.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management/accounting software and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
