Job Description

As a Remote Leasing Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio.

Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates
  • Create and assign support tickets
Tools and Systems:
  • AppFolio – Leasing CRM and property management platform
  • 3CX – Cloud phone system
  • Microsoft Teams & Outlook – Internal communication and updates
  • Microsoft SharePoint – Access to building information
  • Super Simple Ticketing – Task routing for internal coordination
  • Rippling / VPM – Time tracking
Requirements

You must have experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support.

Be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.

Be tech-savvy and comfortable switching between multiple platforms.

Follow scripts while using good judgment.
