Job Title

A reliable and resourceful Associate/Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role blends hands-on property management, guest services, administrative coordination, and light marketing/design.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Property Management & Guest Relations:

    1. Oversee day-to-day management of short-term rental properties.

    2. Schedule and manage cleaners, maintenance staff, and contractors.

    3. Conduct quality checks (virtually or on-site) to ensure property readiness.

    4. Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and reviews across various platforms.

    5. Ensure compliance with local short-term rental regulations.

  • Operational Systems & Financial Oversight:

    1. Use a software to manage bookings, calendars, messaging automations, and guest records.

    2. Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software.

    3. Track expenses, generate financial reports, and assist with end-of-year documentation.

  • Marketing & Design Support:

    1. Assist in optimizing listing content, descriptions, and photography.

    2. Design simple marketing assets and branded guest materials.

    3. Help implement upselling strategies, guest experience enhancements, or promotions.
