We are seeking a seasoned property operations professional to oversee the daily activities of a portfolio of short-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management and Guest Relations:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
    • Schedule and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and contractor services as needed.
    • Conduct quality checks to guarantee property readiness and respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and reviews across various platforms.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations governing short-term rentals.
  • Operational Systems and Financial Oversight:
    • Utilize OwnerRez to manage bookings, calendars, messaging automations, and guest records.
    • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, generating reports and assisting with end-of-year documentation.
  • Marketing and Design Support:
    • Assist in optimizing listing content, descriptions, and photography to enhance property visibility.
    • Create engaging marketing assets and branded materials using Canva or similar tools.
  • Administrative and Process Management:
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations, cleaning, maintenance, and guest communication.
    • Analyze key performance metrics, including occupancy, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest reviews.
    • Coordinate calendar availability and blackout dates across all relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with QuickBooks, OwnerRez, Airbnb/VRBO, and design skills for marketing purposes.
