Job Title:

Senior Operations Coordinator

Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of our rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian or New Zealand real estate and experience using Cirrus8.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing email and phone support, virtual property tours, repairs and maintenance, lease agreements, property listings, property access, administrative tasks, and rental payments.

They will also maintain organized property files, lease agreements, and maintenance records. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 9 months of experience in Australian or New Zealand property management.
  • Experience using Cirrus8 property management software is a must.
  • Experience in Rex software is a bonus but not required.
  • Proficient in at least one of the following platforms: Property Me, Property Tree, AILO, Inspection Express, Kolmeo.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Trello, Monday.com, or similar task/project management tools.
