We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our B2B growth and outbound marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in crafting and executing high-impact outbound campaigns leveraging cutting-edge tools and AI-driven strategies.
Responsibilities will include designing personalized outreach systems, managing multiple client relationships, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across various industries and customer personas.
The successful candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results through effective lead generation and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) that generate qualified leads and meetings.
- AI-Powered Personalization: Leverage tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Zapier/Make to maximize conversion rates.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously test messaging, targeting, and cadences to optimize performance.
- Data & Performance Management: Manage prospect databases, track campaign performance, and report on KPIs (open, reply, meeting booked, SQL conversion rates).
- Multi-Client & Campaign Management: Prioritize and balance multiple client campaigns while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Proven success in designing and running B2B outbound lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead.
- Knowledge of AI-driven personalization (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized AI tools for outreach).
- Experience managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing performance metrics and running structured experiments.
- Multiple outbound systems running effectively across different ICPs and clients.
- High campaign conversion rates (opens > replies > booked calls).
- Consistent pipeline of qualified meetings generated directly from outreach efforts.
