Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools. They will also have hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.

The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower CAC, and ensure that our brand reaches the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
