Senior Growth Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to spearhead and scale our paid media channels.

Our company provides Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) purpose-built for life science companies. Our software helps organizations in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries streamline their quality processes, improve efficiency, and stay compliant with global regulations.

As our Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower customer acquisition costs, and ensure that our brand reaches the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.

Experience with audience targeting, experimentation, and budget management is also highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive real business results.
