Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to the needs of each prospect.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide clients feedback and improvement ideas to other internal stakeholders.
  • Engage in business events to assess market trends, generate opportunities and contribute to strengthening the company's brand presence.
  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Customer Success, Legal and Finance) to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Consistently meet revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis, with targets varying based on role seniority.
  • Maintain regular monthly outreach and steady pipeline conversion rate.
  • Drive continued engagement with prospective clients by executing timely follow-ups on all ongoing opportunities.
  • Lead or actively contribute to at least one successful initiative per quarter, with scope and responsibility aligned to the role's seniority.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline across sales stages, ensuring consistent deal flow and minimal stagnation.
  • Demonstrate forecasting accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating deal probabilities and expected close dates.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate use of internal tools by documenting all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates to support transparency and team alignment.
