Process Optimization Specialist

This role involves driving projects by leading teams of stakeholders and conducting in-depth analysis. The successful candidate will play a key management role in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to process owners to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage operational information of business areas
  • Facilitate process workshops
  • Support executives responsible for relationships with clients on process optimization matters
  • Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, IT, or Business
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Internal Hires)
  • Needs +5 years work experience in a related field
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Full English language dominance
